The Apartments ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ is reserved for transfers and upperclassmen looking for a living option with a little more independence, single bedrooms, full kitchens, and the Nature Preserve right outside your front door. Apartments, in two-, four- and six-person configurations, all feature kitchens, common areas and single or super-single bedrooms. Large parking lots are located near each location if you have a car, or you can catch a free ride on one of our convenient buses.
Just like the residence halls down the hill, the Apartments ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ offers student government, traditions, and myriad ways to get involved while enjoying the comforts of apartment-style living with your friends.
Rooms in the Apartments ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ
The Apartments ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ has two building clusters — Susquehanna, which has four buildings, and Hillside, which has 16 buildings. Hillside has four- and six-person apartments, and Susquehanna has two- and four-person apartments. All have single rooms, a common lounge area, and a full kitchen.

Hillside Room Types
- Four-person apartments: consist of four single rooms, kitchen, common area, shower room with a sink, and a toilet room with a sink.
- Six-person apartments in Rockland and Saratoga: consist of six single rooms, two full bathrooms, common area, and kitchen.
- Six-person apartments in Filmore, Glimmerglass, and Nyack: consist of four single rooms, two super-single rooms, common area, kitchen, two shower rooms with sinks, and two toilet rooms with sinks.
Each apartment includes a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, cabinets, storage area, a living room with furniture, and are carpeted. All bedrooms (except super single rooms, which have a full-sized bed) include an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk, and closet for each occupant.
Susquehanna Room Types
- Two-person apartment: consists of one super-single, one single room, kitchen, common area, one bathroom, and a storage room. This style of apartment is also used for family housing.
- Four-person apartment: consists of four single bedrooms, kitchen, common area, two bathrooms (shower/tub with sink and only toilet with sink), and a storage room.
All apartments are furnished with an extra-long twin bed with drawers underneath, a desk, stove, fridge, and living room furniture. Apartments are also carpeted.

Apartments Councils
Hillside Village Council (HVC)
The council is made up of elected representatives that aim to serve the Hillside residents in each one of the 16 apartment buildings. HVC is comprised of its executive board and area representatives. The HVC executive board includes the president, vice president, social vice president, academic vice president, vice president of finance, vice president of multicultural affairs and vice president of public relations. The four area representatives serve to assist the executive board and to have a closer relationship with each individual region. HVC supports events like Hillfest in the fall and Hillside Havoc in the spring.

Susquehanna ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Council (SCC)
Overlooking the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ campus, Susquehanna ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ is home to upperclassmen who wish to have the off-campus experience while still enjoying the benefits of being on-campus. The SCC is composed of students who wish to uphold a sense of community among residents. They assist in the running of the Susquehanna Coffeehouse and organizing several Susquehanna-area traditions each year.
