Print Solutions offers a wide range of services.
To place an order simply email us at printbing@binghamton.edu. Be sure to include the following: A brief description of what services are need; The PDF attached making sure the file size matches what is being requested; and the payment information. We accept IFR, foundation accounts, grant accounts, or we can accept credit cards at pickup.
Some Services offered
- Standard black/white prints/flyers and vibrant color prints/flyers.
- We print conference/final presentation posters and any custom poster that you can design Just simply provide a PDF.
- Booklet printing with spiral/comb/saddlestich binding
- Exam printing
- Cards, table tents, some laminating, and many more.
We can accommodate most prints as long as you provide a usable PDF that works correctly for what is being requested. For any questions of products or if a quote is needed email printbing@binghamton.edu.

- What type of payment do you accept?
We can accept Funding Sources that include IFR, DIFR as well as Grants and Foundation monies. You also have the ability to Pay at Store, where we accept checks. For personal projects, we can accept credit cards. - Do you accept returns, give refunds or allow order cancellations?
Please reference our return/refund/cancellation policy on our webpage. - Do you deliver and if so, is this a free service?
Yes, we deliver to on campus locations. This is a complimentary service when you place an order. During busy and peak times, delivery may be delayed but the person who placed the order will be contacted. - What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround is based on the scope of the project. Please plan for a minimum of 3 working days on smaller, more simple projects and longer for larger, more complex projects. If you have a deadline or event, please let us know the date your materials are needed. Our staff will be in touch to let you know if we can meet your requested delivery date.
