Halima Ibrahim - Writing Support Specialist
Halima Ibrahim provides comprehensive writing support to graduate students, with a particular focus on dissertations and theses, as well as conference papers and other academic manuscripts. Her support includes guidance on dissertation structure and organization, chapter development and coherence, literature review synthesis, methodology and analysis sections, academic style and clarity, and effective proofreading and revision strategies. Graduate students can register via B-Engaged to work with Halima through one-on-one consultations, written feedback on drafts, and regular writing room sessions designed to support focused, goal-oriented writing. She also facilitates workshops that connect students with best practices and expert insights into academic writing and publication. Halima brings experience with the peer-review process, collaborative writing, informal writing groups, and successful grant and manuscript preparation. She is committed to fostering a supportive environment in which graduate students can strengthen their writing, make steady progress, and celebrate key milestones in their academic careers. |
