Desk to 5K Program
Healthy Campus and the Move Your Way program are launching a Desk to 5k Program. This
is geared not only towards the 5K curious but also to anyone who is interested in
getting more movement in their day. The 9-week training program will run from April
13 to June 11. Participants will be added to the Move Your Way newsletter and encourged
to join upcoming optional 5K opportunities in June at then end of the Desk to 5K Program.
Step 1 - Complete the General Interest and waiver form to get started:
By participating, you agree to the program terms. Once submitted, you’ll be added
to the Private channel and receive your training plan, updates, and resources to support
your journey.

The Move Your Way program is committed to promoting inclusivity and providing accessible options for all individuals, regardless of their ability or experience. We strive to provide a supportive environment that allows people to come together and live a life of wellness.
Faculty and Staff
- Submit as an individual:
Each month track your activity to be entered to win various prizes! - Join a team!
Members must register for a specific team or department to be eligible for the team awards. Teams must consist of at least three people; there is no maximum. A team/department designation can be adjusted at any time by emailing bhealthy@binghamton.edu with the team designation/name.
Monthly Challenges
For faculty and staff only. To be eligible for monthly rewards, all activity must be sent by the last day of the month. Challenges are announced through our Move Your Way email alerts. Individual awards will be confirmed via e-mail and mailed to on-campus addresses. Other contest winners will be notified via e-mail.
Take pride in your goals! Share with us photos of how you are participating in monthly challenges. Tag @bhealthybingu on Instagram or submit a photo on the "log" form.
