To increase its outreach to Bearcats of the Last Decade (BOLD) graduates, the Alumni Association created the BOLD Leadership Council. This group of engaged alumni partners closely with staff in the Office of Alumni Engagement on programming, communications and outreach to young alumni and current students.

Career Committee
This committee strives to:
- Work with the Events and Gatherings Committee to host a post-grad panel discussion
- Engage members on Mentor Match and promote the platform to more BOLD alumni
- Create opportunities for Binghamton alumni and students, helping them understand new career paths that are evolving and find networking events near them

This committee's aims to:
- Host two BOLD happy hours annually
- Work with the Career Committee to host a post-grad panel discussion
- Planning events in the Metro New York Region that engage young alumni and inspire them to get involved with the University
