Bahá'ís of Binghamton

Bahá’ís believe the crucial need facing humanity is to find a unifying vision of the future of society. Core Bahá’í beliefs include the oneness of God and religion, the oneness of humanity and freedom from prejudice, the progressive revelation of religious truth, the development of spiritual qualities, the integration of worship and service, the fundamental equality of the sexes, the harmony between religion and science and the centrality of justice to all human endeavours.

Binghamton Chinese Christian Church

Binghamton Chinese Christian Church is a non-denominational Christian church that believes in the one true Triune God, with a special focus to the Chinese speaking community. Our regular meetings include Sunday worship services, Friday fellowships, and Wednesday prayer meetings. We welcome all brothers, sisters and faith-seekers to join us in our worship and fellowship.

The Chabad Center services the religious, pastoral, social and
educational needs of the large Jewish demographic at Binghamton. We are a modern facility just a five minute walk from campus offering prayers thrice daily, a full roster of services, dinners on Shabbat and Jewish holidays and a full slate of classes, programs and events every day.

Islamic Organization of the Southern Tier (IOST), Muslim Life of Binghamton

The Islamic Organization of the Southern Tier, situated near ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ, is the largest mosque in the region, serving over 3,000 worshippers. It welcomes students for Friday prayers and deeper engagement with Islam. During Ramadan, many students join nightly congregational prayers, fostering a strong sense of community. The Muslim Students Association (MSA) supports students with daily iftar meals, reflection spaces, and fellowship. IOST representatives provide weekly office hours and campus services, while the MSA hosts meetings, discussions, and Friday prayers throughout the academic year.

Kudampa Meditation Center

Kudampa Meditation Center (KMC), in Glen Spey, N.Y. is the US National Temple of the New Kadampa Tradition of Buddhism. Everyone is welcome at our Binghamton branch class. Join us for meditation, practical teachings and discussion on Tuesdays at the Unitarian Universalist Church.

Maimonides Leaders Fellowship (MEOR) at Binghamton provides students with a warm and welcoming Jewish community. We offer educational, religious and social programming, as well as travel and internship opportunities throughout summer and winter recesses.

New York Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Church

Vestal Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church is a welcoming community offering spiritual support and practical resources for all ages. Ministries include Bible studies, prophecy classes, prayer meetings, small groups and Adventist Youth (AY) programs. The church also hosts Pathfinders and Adventurers Club for children and teens, as well as game nights, park outings and camping trips. Additional services include free community meals, food assistance, a clothing closet and rides to church.

Trinity A.M.E. Zion Church

Founded in 1838, Trinity A.M.E. Zion Church is the oldest Black church in Broome County. The church was a stop on the Underground Railroad, a safehouse for runaway slaves fleeing for freedom in the North and a place of worship. We have continued to be a place of transformational worship, a center for meeting the needs of our local community and an ally dedicated to the freedom of all people.

United Presbyterian Church Binghamton

The United Presbyterian Church of Binghamton (PCUSA) is a progressive More Light congregation that strives to offer welcome and connection in downtown Binghamton every day.
